Suffering with sciatica on the right side down my leg to front of knee.  Been to chiropractor, says my sacrum is twisted.  Felt better for a few hours then back to pain.  This kind of pain is so intense like a pair of scissors is being jammed into your back.  And very inflammed.  I am lucky cuz I can lay down, and sit with no pain.  Need to do some accupressure sometimes to calm it down.  I have used several things trying to ease the pain.  NSAIDS do nothing.  However its gotta be taken for the anti inflammatory effect.  Natures Fresh sprayed directly on the area helps alot,  NSP Triple Releaf helps also.  DMSO with arnica and st johns wort oil in it, not so much but I keep using it.  Chiropractor also said to ice 20 minutes on 40 minutes off.  This has actually helped the most.  Thank Directv for free HBO weekend.
